How an un-organized market turned into an organized one

Flea Market in the Opa Locka, Florida is the centre of attraction of visitors from not only Florida but from all over the world. There are numerous Flea markets all over the world where people find the products of their requirement at a very nominal cost. Also it is an organized market built in a limited place. The persons who are responsible for running and looking after any of the Flea market has to be very careful because any sort of congestion or mishap in the market can create problems in the over operation of the market. If the things won’t be properly organized people would tend to lose their interest in visiting the Flea Market.

It has already happened with the Colfax Town Flea Market during the late 80s. Due to its congested and unorganized parking area people were losing their interest in visiting this place. As this was problem was increasing day by day, the number of visitors was decreasing day by day. The state government just can’t let go this market off as it was an important entity for the development of the town.

The unorganized market was handed over to Bebo Kobo in the year 1988 and as the market came into the hands of Mr. Kobo, the scenario of the whole market took a turn and every corner of it became organized and clean. The parking lot of the market which was the major areas of concern was first of all sorted out by Mr. Bebo Kobo. He received a letter of thanks from the Representatives of the Florida House. It was seen that the number of visitors was just doubled over the previous owner of the same market. The letter stated that not just the government officials, but also the local citizens of Opa Locka were also thankful to him for his hard work.
